From the beginning of the project onward technology played a role in its development journey for me. I used a blend of devices along, with innovative software to create and refine the film content. The entire filming process took place using my iPhone 16 equipped with cinematic mode features that enabled me to manage focus range control track motion smoothly and adjust exposure levels during shooting. This approach allowed me to maintain a standard of production quality without requiring the use of camera.

During production work, on my project I made edits using CapCut Premium on my iPad device. It provided me with a range of high quality editing features such as filters, transitions, audio tracks and advanced layer effects.I utilized CapCut to add a filter for the bathroom scenes to synchronize ghost appearances with flickering effects and to create seamless transitions, between scenes like Bens disorientating point of view following being struck during dodgeball game.

I utilized tools for both recording and editing content and leveraged digital resources for organizing and sparking creativity in my projects.I curated a mood board visually on Pinterest. For inspiration from Instagram reels for visuals and seamless transitions.Furthermore I relied on Google Docs to outline shot lists and story plots. This approach involved blending hardware like iPhone/iPad with editing software such as CapCut with utilizing platforms like social media and inspiration boards resulting in a production process that was both streamlined in sync with current trends and allowed for creative versatility. Through this procedure I learned that by utilizing the tools and having a vision, in mind one can create compelling narratives even with minimal resources and using a mobile device setup.
