After returning from Dealu Botii, all that was left to film were the opening and ending scenes at home. The next morning, we spent about 20 minutes shooting the clown-cleaning sequence and the final part of the scene. There was no need for any setup, as Carla’s room and clown collection are always arranged in that way. It was a simple and quick shoot, and everything fell into place effortlessly. The only challenge we faced that day was Carla’s hair change. When we filmed, half of her hair was black and the other half was red. But by the time we returned home for the final scenes, her hair had transformed—she now had long rat-tail extensions, and the red part had been replaced with hot pink. We had to carefully plan the filming process to make sure no one would notice the difference, arranging shots and angles in a way that would keep the hair change hidden. Besides that – it was the easiest and fastest filming day.
