Q2: How does your product engage with audiences and how would it be distributed as a real media text?

To answer this question I started by looking back at the Budget and Calendar post, where I talked about how the magazine will be distributed and marketed. I made a plan of how I could approach this topic in Google Docs, and then started looking for a template in Canva. I decided to make a mix of mind-map and time-line for this.

To sum things up, this first edition of Sonder Magazine has 70 pages, plus the cover, and will be printed into 500 copies. These will distributed locally and nationwide using self distribution and courier services. They will be sold in small stores, coffee shops, beauty salons and other places frequented by younger people. All the marketing will be done through social media platforms, where we will interact with our audiences through posts and stories. We also have a special insert where new photographers can show their work, if they send us their photos.
